The newly renovated child-friendly Experimentarium aims to inspire the next generation of scientists and inventors via its new hands-on learning space.

The project first opened in 1991 but has been reopened recently after undergoing massive renovation. The center is filled with 16 interactive exhibits which teach visitors about the technology.
The museum is also home to an interactive film theater, which encourages audience members to participate in the feature they’re watching.
Also in the museum is an interactive port exhibit, where visitors can learn about global trade and its impact, simulating the spread of goods on the massive marble run.
The museum says it expects to welcome around 500,000 visitors in 2017.
